We have designed two new leadpipes for our Brendan double horn.

The G3 pipe is based on the G2 lead pipe we have been making for some years now, it ‘s characteristics are that it has  slightly more resistant leaning towards our #5 pipe, it defines a clearer  sound and makes  the player more flexible to bend the tone .

The P4 pipe is our contribution to the nowadays feel of a very typical european styled horn. It feels very easy to play and opens many ways to increase the flexibility of the instrument. It creates a dense, round horn sound.

These two pipes widen our lead pipe program, making the horn a little bit more individual for the horn player – to create the sound he/she   has in mind. More>

NOVEMBER 2010

Finke introduces several changes on their horn models: new material in use for the rotors ( this is the 4th. generation), adjustable thumb levers available, new exchangeable leadpipe system.

my father,Helmut Finke, founder of the company died , he was 86 years old.
